Cancellation Policy

By reserving a lesson time with your instructor, this also includes the time your instructor reserves to be available for you. If you are unable to attend your lesson please notify the studio as soon as possible, so the time slot can be available for other students on the waitlist for an opening.

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. Lesson and lesson payment for lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered Late Cancellation regardless of the reason for cancellation. This also includes cancelations due to illness. Late Cancellations will be forfeited and can not be rescheduled

Unattended lessons can be rescheduled within 30 days from the original lesson date. After the 30 day rescheduling period, the lesson will expire, and can no longer be rescheduled.

Please note, the studio is currently at full capacity. By cancelling a lesson, rescheduling is not always guaranteed, and is based on studio availability during a cancellation only. To reschedule a lesson please visit www.divamusicstudios.com/bookings and select from the Reschedule My Lesson options. If you do not see an available time slot to reschedule in the online calendar, please continue to check the calendar for cancellations. The calendar will continue to show openings, and accept bookings for up to 2 weeks in advance. A $10 Rescheduling Fee will apply when rescheduling.

The studio does NOT refund, discount, credit, prorate future tuition, or adjust billing cycle schedules for unattended lessons, or if you are unable to reschedule your lesson before it's expiration.

If your instructor needs to cancel your lesson, or if your lesson falls on a major holiday, the studio will provide a coupon code to waive the rescheduling fee. The 30 Day Rescheduling Policy will apply. Please see the Studio Calendar provided via email for a list of dates the studio will be closed.
